NuBrakes Mobile Brake Repair

Really glad I stumbled upon this company! Great service and timely communication from the original online estimate to the incredibly quick brake pads replacement! Dominique texted when he was on his way to my house, called when he arrived, and was very courteous and personable. He explained the work he would do, absolutely no upselling, told me how billing would work, and was done with the job in barely 30 minutes! This couldn't have been more convenient. Oh, and the price was much better than 3 other estimates I'd gotten! If I could give 10 stars, I would. I'll definitely be telling my network about NuBrakes!

Absolutely amazing service! My technicians name was Dominique and he was very kind and quick with his service. Not only did he point out the problems, he walked me through it and explained so that I understand the issue myself. I have always had a great experience with the company and will always go back here when having issues.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing stellar customer service from the NuBrakes team, especially from technician Dominique, who came to me as part of their mobile mechanic service. From the moment he arrived, Dominique was warm and welcoming, making me feel at ease right away. He was incredibly timely, ensuring I didn’t have to wait long to get my car serviced. Dominique conducted a thorough initial inspection and provided honest feedback about the condition of my brakes, which I greatly appreciated. I ended up needing new front pads and rotors, and the cost was reasonable, especially with the Labor Day discount on the initial quote. The repairs were completed in just 45 minutes right at my location! Afterward, Dominique even took the time to do a quick test drive to ensure everything was safe and functioning perfectly before wrapping up. It’s those little extra steps that show how much they care about their customers. The payment options were flexible, and I was pleasantly surprised to learn about financing options available if needed. I received a detailed invoice for the services rendered, and the two-year warranty that came with my repairs gives me peace of mind. I’l

Easy upon calling, complete transparency and professional advice! This will make my second service… Updated communication and fast service! Really didn’t want to spend my off day sitting @ dealership for hours and hours Michael presented smiles and the easy of we’re committed that’s so so important. Lastly, I reviewed others comments and decided well try them. No, No, regrets! I’m so delighted with NuBrakes Best for 2024

Super convenient and easy! My brakes were grinding and the last thing I wanted to do was drive my car somewhere. I was able to work from home while they worked in my driveway. Josh was awesome and really helpful! He showed me what my brakes and rotors looked like, and what they should look like. Very pleased with my experience. Definitely using them again (and requesting Josh)! Update: Just used them again and got Josh again! He’s super helpful, genuine, and friendly! I cannot rave enough about him!
